VII. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND

Force Majeure. By Submitting an Article to Bihar Career Portal, you Acknowledge that you understand and comply with the following:
- Guest Posts must be your own original work.
- Plagiarism or copyright infringement is not permitted.
- When quoting others, please make sure to properly cite your source.
- Posts will acknowledge your authorship, but will be the property of Bihar Career Portal.
- You are more than welcome to share a link to the posts you have authored on social media or your website.
- Affiliate links shall not be included in Guest Post submissions.
- Bihar Career Portal reserves the right to add its own affiliate links where appropriate.
- Guest Post writers will be allowed to have one or two link to their website or social media profile within the author Acknowledgement. This may not be an affiliate link or point to an affiliate sites.
- We do not offer any Compensation for writing Guest Posts.
- We do not guarantee any particular site or audience reach.
- Bihar Career Portal reserves the right to edit Guest Posts where necessary.
- A bio should only contain 1 or 2 links – either to the author’s website, Twitter handle, or his/her blog.
- A blog post should contain a minimum of 4 links – I don’t have a maximum number of links that should be in a post, but I do have a minimum. People have written blog posts on almost every topic out there, so instead of regurgitating the same old information, link out to the sites that have already covered it.
- I would never accept content that isn’t detailed or unique. What I mean by detailed is that the content needs to be at least 1,000 words with no fluff. You can always make a post meatier by adding details and steps, so why not take an extra hour and write a better blog post?
- Once we officially post a Guest Post, you’re welcome to request we make Grammatical or wording changes. Any edits that change the content or meaning of an article will need an “EDIT:” disclaimer added with a date. You are also welcome to request changes/updates to your photo, bio, or links. - Depth – look to see how detailed their past content is. I usually look for authors who write content that is at least 1,000 words, if not 2,000. You can’t put much advice in a 400 word blog post, so avoid Guest Post writers who are just trying to crank out content for links.
- Bihar Career Portal has the right to add to the pages containing the Work hyperlinks, boxes linking to other articles, products, or services, advertisements, and any other matter determined appropriate by the Company.
